"Very nice room for a family of 4. Everyone had their own bed, which was our main concern. Fabio at the front desk was very welcoming when we arrived at the property with our water taxi and arranged for our luggage to be brought up to our rooms. The room itself was in the next building over, which wasn’t a big deal. The only thing we noticed was that particular stairwell was super stuffy and smelled rather fishy (but with the hotel on a canal, I don’t know if that could be helped). Overall, a...

"Estuvo muy bueno. Recomiendo que se le hagan algunas remodelaciones a los cuartos, pero tengo que decir que el personal fue excelente. Nos ayudaron en todo muy amablemente y nos teníamos que ir a las 6am así que nos dejaron dos bolsas preparadas con snacks, agua, frutas, etc, para que no nos fueramos sin alimentos al viaje. De veras que el servicio es excelente. Los cuartos pueden recibir algunas remodelaciones. "

"This is a wonderful property in a great area. The breakfast was excellent and the two staff who run the breakfast room were so friendly and helpful as was the maid who did a great job. Lots of great restaurants nearby and a great base to explore Venice. Highly recommended."
