"The room was noisy in the evg when we wanted to watch tv. The sounds may have been from the bar beneathus. The tv was in the living room so we requested it be moved to the bedroom which was quickly done. The resort did not have a hot tub so we paid to go to the rec centre for same."

"This is the second time this ski season I’ve stayed at this location. It provides easy access to drive to Nakiska, Louise, Sunshine Village or Norquay. The check-in is very convenient that allows you to do so ahead of time then you’re given access code to your room and room number via email the day of your arrival. The only thing I didn’t necessarily enjoy is the room I was given was on main floor had about an inch of open space under the room door. As a result I could see the footwear of people walking in hallway and all sounds from hallway could be hear loud and clear. The room in question is 116."

"1. Front desk staff was an absolute gem. SUCH a kind human. 2. Bagged Breakfast was a+. 3. Beds and Pillow were uber comfy."

"We chose an apartment specifically for the fireplace, only to discover our fireplace was broken. Extremely disappointing. The Smart TVs also don’t function as smart TVs, only cable with minimal channel selection. Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy this stay as much as others in the past. Having said that, the staff were friendly and the property was clean. We had lovely mountain views and the kitchen had all the basics for cooking. "

"Enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The staff were super friendly & helpful with dinner recommendations. The room was clean, comfortable & spacious. Loved the pool, waterslide & hot tub after a day out skiing! Breakfast was decent to start our day. Would stay again! "

"Breakfast was decent, but having some gluten free options would be ideal, so food can be enjoyed by the majority. The hot tube area was clean, but it smelled too chlorinated to stay in the area. Salt water would be a healthier and more attractive option for the area and option, considering the adjacent aspect to the other hotel offerings. "
