Excellent staff all round, check in, restaurant everyone. Despite room not being ready quite on time, a complimentary drink was unexpected and welcome. Top job all round.

The Carlton Park Hotel
Staff were super helpful with every one of our needs and the hotel is great value for the price, would definitely recommend for low cost place to stay

The Brentwood Hotel by Greene King Inns
As always a great welcome from receptionist and remembered I’d visited several times before to see family. Unfortunately we didn’t manage breakfast on both days due to different circumstances. Staff overall very friendly. Location convenient for me so will always stay here when visiting family.

KSpace @ The Point
Room was lovely, clean and spacious. Only issue was that the tv channels didn’t work, so could only watch catch-upchannels

Three Cranes Serviced Apartments
The room was red hot and stuffy even though there was a fan. Also the soukd proofing was bad you could hear people on the toilet up stairs. Nice apartment, clean and good communication.
