"The staff was exceptional here. Two checked us is ( one was in training) that were very friendly and hospitable and efficient! The women running the breakfast was a joy ...she kept everything filled and nicely presented and clean. She greeted people as they joined, she talked so respectfully to group of teen boys ...one was taking more than his fair share of bacon ...and she respectfully reminded him others needed some, as well. She was very good at her job! The gentleman tending facilities...

"We unfortunately didn't make it to our reservation. We've stayed here before, had a great experience. The hotel is great. EXPEDIA, however, is terrible. We missed our reservation because expedia rep mislead us by saying we had nothing to worry about, they were going to assist in changing the reservation due to our car trouble. They did not. I didn't was to slam the hotel on this review, because they have been great in the past. Buyer beware when dealing with expedia."

"Excellent place, easy to find with wonderful service. Front desk saw that I had a brace on my knee, and she put me in a room with a step-in shower! That was awesome because I didn't think about booking it ahead of time!! She doesn't know how much that helped me!!!!"
