"La propiedad no estaba muy limpia, el aire acondicionado nunca funcionó, lo encendía y a los 5 minutos se apagaba y lo poco que estaba encendido no echaba aire frío. En mi opinión los aires súper viejos y por eso no funcionan. Mi esposo y yo pasamos las 2 noches sin dormir pendientes de que cada vez se apagara volverlos a encender para que nuestras hijas no pasaran calor.Contactamos a la recepción y la verdad vinieron enseguida pero en mi opinión ellos ya conocen de esa situación y le dan a todo el mundo la misma excusa (oh es que los huéspedes los desprograman, y cuando los vuelven a programar solo funcionan 5 minutos y todo se repite.Es muy incómodo para adultos y más en verano así que es mucho peor si vas con niños. Hice mi selección bien minuciosa con respecto a esto del aire acondicionado para no tener percance y aún así no nos libramos . En conclusión no regresaría a este hotel y es una lástima porque la ubicación es fantástica . Espero y a alguien le sea útil mi opinión. No soy de opinar mal pero si todo se pinta bonito pues más personas seguirán pasando por lo mismo y no es justo porque no es nada económico hospedarse ahí ."

"Fist for the positives. The hotel is in a good location in the city with easy access to all the shops and beach areas. The staff are helpful friendly (with exeption of the breakfast service which was lacking in the buffet restaurant) The bed in the room was very comfortable and we got a great night's sleep every night on it. The roof bar is great (if a little samll) with a nice atmosphere and great cocktails. We didnt use the bar on the ground floor but it is well presented and also has a great atmosphere. Now the negatives. The bedrooms seem to have been designed by a person who has never stayed in a hotel in their life. There is no wardrobe in the room - rather just a rail above the coffee machine with very few coat hangers and thats it. Nowhere else at all to store clothes and as such ended up living out of our cases for the trip. The toilet was also in a separate room from the bathroom with no hand basin. This was very odd and made the usability of the facilities awkward. We also arranged a taxi transfer to pick us up from the airport through the hotel that never arrived. This was a poor start to the stay. We had the buffet breakfast one morning at a cost of €54 which was beyond disappointing - I've had better at 2 star hotels. Overal if this hotel was marketed as a 4 star (which it is definitely) and not a 5 star i might have been more generous with the rating. It is not worth the money and I wouldn't recommend"

"The Futurotel was clean, well located with a friendly staff. However, it is a capsule hotel, with each bed in a sealable capsule. All guests gets a locker close to their capsule. There are a number of pods with about 6 capsules and a washroom in each. It was fine and kind of fun for one night but I think it would be inconvenient for a longer stay"
