Razoável, conseguimos descansar, porem o quarto tinha mofo na parede e cheiro de mofo no quarto. O quarto ficava ao lado da cozinha onde era possível ouvir todos os sons ou pessoas passando. A Recepção é 24 horas e atenciosos. O cafe foi bom.

Ficamos em um anexo do hotel, em péssimas condições, em uma noite muito fria. No quarto estava disponível uma pequena estufa elétrica e o televisor era de tubo. O café e as instalações da parte principal estavam ok, mas nada de especial. Se você pensa em passar umas férias por lá, não recomendo. Só fique no hotel em caso de muita necessidade.

Estalaçoes no fundo pessima. Quarto umido,cheirando a mofo,aguado chuveiro fria, corredor umido e vazamentos no teto.corredor escuro e escorregadia. Queimado dejuntor dois dias para trocar. Cafe da manhã simples não nos informaram que tinhamos a ovos mexidos. Serviço em geral amador com stafe jovem e sem experiencia.

Eu e minha esposa gostamos muito da pousado , fomos bem atendidos , equipe bem cortês . O único problema negativo foi a internet , pois caia a toda hora e muitas vezes não pegava . Tirando isso tudo ok.

Péssimo atendimento e condições

Fiz uma reserva pelo Hoteis.com na Pousada Villa Cezar em Canela. Porém, quando chegamos lá tivemos um problema com o quarto, pois o mesmo era sem ventilação, se abrisse a janela todos que passassem tinham visibilidade e nós claro sem privacidade nenhuma, e o pior o quarto todo mofado com um cheiro insuportável de algum produto químico provavelmente de limpeza ou inseticida. Com tudo isso, solicitei a mudança de quarto junto aos responsáveis da pousada, os quais me responderam ironicamente que eu tinha contratado via internet pelo quarto mais barato e econômico e não poderia reclamar. Informei então que concordaria em pagar a diferença de quarto, pois minha esposa está grávida e seria impossível ficar no quarto que nos instalaram. A situação não foi resolvida pela pousada e tivemos que ir embora da pousada, por não ter condições de ficar no quarto.

É boa no geral, mas pecam no atedimento

A pousada é boa, mas o atendimento de recepção deixa um pouco a desejar. Não deixam um tutorial de como mexer na TV a cabo e a pousada não dispõe de estacionamento. O carro teve que ficar na rua, que tem pouco movimento. Poderíamos até voltar lá, se soubéssemos que o atendimento deu uma melhorada.

Fica na entrada de Canela, p/ quem vem de Gramado - local estratégico e relativamente fácil de encontrar (à poucos metros da Av. das Hortênsias, a qual liga as 2 cidades). Poucas vagas no estacionamento. Administrador solícito!
