"I love Candi Dasa and this is our second visit. Bali Santi is perfect - a fabulous location on a beautiful beach within walking distance to many wonderful warungs. "I spent 3 nights at this little slice of paradise. I had the wooden cottage right next to the water where the sound of the waves was relaxing. One of the pools was right outside my door. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and my room was spotlessly clean with all the amenities. The food and the service at the on-site restaurant were outstanding! My only regret is that I didn't stay longer. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. "

"We have never been to Chandidasa before but what a beautiful place. Hotel Genngong was perfect, right on the water where the local fisherman are and you can swim off the beach. "Mixed...nice room, nice pool but needs some TLC. Food quite expensive. Nice beach front views but the sea seemed polluted with sewage. Didnt like the live lobster on offer and would've gone elsewhere had I known. Not the best location either...its on the busy main road. Staff are lovely but only 2 rooms occupied was strange, no atmosphere...turns out G Adventures use it so I guess thats why all the rooms were empty. "
