"New condition and great decoration style. I was not satisfied with the cleaning, when we entered the suite we inmediately notice dirty floors & counter tops of kitchen with stains plus humidity smell of towels in spite of having a dryer inside the suite which apparently the cleaning personnel does not use! "

"This was a wonderful first stop on our vacation as is it was midway betweeen San Jose and La Fortuna. We stayed in the family villa for 2 nights and found it to be spacious with beautifully landscaped grounds. The local waterfalls were easily accessible and we could walk to local restaurants. It was a highlight of our trip!"

"Shuttle was fast and convenient. Staff were friendly. Rooms were standard with comfortable beds. Outdoor pool area very nice. Limited food options in the area. Hotel does prove a shuttle at night to local food area. Noise from airport and street was relatively loud, but quieted at night. "

"This property received a 5 star review due to the amazing staff. The lower level parking was very dark and eerie we had watched an individual walk in through the out gates the first day that we were there and it was obvious that he did not wish to be seen by the attendants / guards at the entry gate. The breakfast offered was very good and again the staff were amazing. The Calzone that I purchased at that Italian restaurant out front was burnt and they did not care even when I mentioned it to a staff member and they actually asked me why I was not leaving them a tip. We would recommend the hotel to our family and just beware of the unsupervised parking lot. "
