Food was mediocre. The only great restaurant had close to an hour wait most nights. Our room was noisy from down below at the bar. The service was very spotty. The resort was immaculately clean, and people are kind.

Tv in the room didn't work well. Not enough channels in english. No ability to screen share your phone to the tv. Resort pools were great, and the hot tub was a nice addition. Also pools and hot tub are open late (10pm) which is amazing. Some staff were not very friendly and not very attentative, ...

The service, amenities and food exceeded all expectations and we loved our week here. Not only was every single staff member super friendly and kind, but everything was well organized. Food options were great and generous. The beach was fantastic.
