There’s a kitchen with zero dishes not even a cup I asked front desk where to get food she directed me to a gas station station down the street that had no real food. Turns out there was a Walmart across street behind the buildings i couldn’t see. Almost like she didn’t even try to help Super clean but in the middle of nowhere really Great security to tho he walked me to the gas station

Disgusting. I booked 1 night but decided to leave to another hotel. The room had a strong smell of humidity. Bed cover wrinkled, bathroom wall had black mold, pubic hair, shower walls not cleaned propertly. Floor sticky. The outside looks very nice and the staff is great. Those are the only good points this hotel has going for.

Although the room had a kitchenette it had less than a regular hotel room. Nothing. Not even a coffee maker. No coffee available in the lobby. So if you will have a refrigerator and microwave to use remember no dish, pans etc. The hotel did not even supply glasses for water like in most hotel rooms. There are no hair dryers either. It felt very stripped down.

The floor was wet because humidity, there is no coffee maker or anything close to make coffee. The staff cannot care less.

We would like to take this opportunity to comment that there is no coffee maker as an amenity.Your comment is very valuable to us because it allows us to detect areas of opportunity.On the other hand, the humidity on the floor is due to environmental conditions, so improvements are being made.We regret that you had the perception that the staff could not care less about the situation.
