"A wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Cuenca. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and bathrooms new and clean. Within walking distance of most attractions in Cuenca, restaurants, shopping and the Parque Caldron. Free parking is a great added benefit. We will return on our next visit."
