Check in time is 1:00 pm. No one in the office. They never answer the phone. Air conditioner was not working. My reservation was not valid even though I got confirmation. One person is not communicating with the other . Couldn’t pay with a card. Had to pay cash.

The room is small. The photos online are really great and it appears larger than it is. We brought food to make instead of eating out. It’s not set up for that.
