"Older property but well maintained. Restaurants are delicious and reasonably priced. We weren’t aware of all the extra activities till we checked in but the staff gave us a helpful letter showing everything that was included. Can’t remember her name…Luanda perhaps? The woman from Brazil that works at the front desk. She went above and beyond helping us borrow mountain bikes and absolutely made my daughter’s day (7 yr old) chatting her up when we were getting ready to leave."
Hidden Ridge Resort

"The staff were lovely. The room was full of cobwebs and dust the light fixtures had flies/ other bugs in them. 3 light switches didn’t do anything the outside light fixture was crooked and the top railing part came off. The dishes were put away dirty with grime on the silverware and plates. The hot tub was more warm than anything. The jets in the hot tub were barely noticeable. The sauna was out of order. There was a lot of sediment in the bottom of both of the pools. The bus was awesome. The views were awesome."

"This was one of my favorite stays to date. We stayed here for our wedding and it was perfect. If you’re looking for a quiet oasis after spending your day in the park this is perfect. The spa is beautiful and the food is delicious. All the staff was so nice and went above and beyond to make this a special occasion."
