"Hotel is nice , clean , beautiful hotel for the mountains. Hot tubs are great and with heated floor in the pool area Nice to get bus passes to downtown ..that is a great feature. It was definitely disappointing as we asked for a quiet area and our luck was with us as we got placed by the loudest family of children who wake up at 7am slamming doors multiple times with no consideration of us around. Plus the elevator was right next to our room so it was definitely not a quiet area in the hotel. We came to relax and sleep in as we have been exhausted from our jobs. So my next request will be please put us by the loudest area then maybe a hotel will finally give us a quiet area. "

"The bagged breakfast for 7.99 per person could have been offered as an amenity. A yougart and muffin was not really worth the money but would have been nice to offered with the free coffee , tea, juice and fruit."
