"We had the most enjoyable stay at this hotel. We were traveling with another couple and stayed for 3 nights visiting Banff, Lake Louise and the Columbia Icefields during our stay. The staff was so friendly and the lobby was clean and inviting. Rooms were clean and very spacious with a large bathroom and wonderfully hot water and included liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The continental breakfast was decent.
