"It was a nice stay, great location, staff were very helpful. Room cleaning was minimal, coffee machine had to be switched & rooms weren’t well soundproofed. Heads up for couples who want to use the sauna, there is no co-ed ….just women’s OR men’s sauna🙁"

"Rooms are dated but bed was extremely comfortable, especially after a long day on your feet. Kitchenette was a handy feature, I wish there was bags for the ice from the ice machine but it is Vancouver so single use plastics is not anywhere to be found. Last two nights our garbage was not taken."

Although the staff was friendly and our room was clean, everything in this hotel is small and difficult to maneuver with luggage, using elevator, etc. The espresso machine was kept well-stocked with water, cartridges and cream. The cafe (Elysian?) is excellent; however, I would not stay there again."
