"This is my second visit to this hotel, and while the rooms are always clean and the overall maintenance is commendable, I’ve noticed some issues with the staff.
The staff seems generally unfriendly and moody. During my check-in this time, I was ignored for five minutes by an employee who didn’t make eye contact and appeared rushed.
The elevators can also be a bit messy, especially around check-out time. I’ve heard customers complain about waiting up to 20 minutes for a turn.
Despite these issues, the hotel is reasonably priced, which helps offset some of the problems. However, I’m likely to look for a different hotel chain for my next stay."
