"This hotel was perfect. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly staff, especially Arbon and Ardit. We arrived before normal check in but they found a room for all of us and we were settling in within minutes of our arrival. Every team member we met, were friendly and professional, including the cafe staff. Ardit seemed to be everywhere. He worked the front desk upon arrival and was a bartender at night. Arbon and Ardit were very quick to make restaurant reservations and all proved...

"Wonderful location. Close to everything. Rooms are a little tired and could be updated. Some mold in shower caulking but otherwise clean.we weren’t in the room much anyway as we were there for the World Cup."

"Paid over USD 450 for a night which is equivalent to the quality and standard for Quality Inn which cost USD 110 a night. The room and bed is so so and not comfortable. Very thin mattress and pillows. Hard to sleep. Do not book this Hyatt Regency if you don’t need to stay in the Chinatown area. I do not recommend this hotel. I give it a two stars."

"No refund when the hot water was out and no ac. Asked to change rooms, but they said I would have the same issue. Checked out early, asked for refund for the nights I didn’t used. Did not happen."

"This is my first review. The Pineapple Hotel was so much fun with soooo much character. Couldn't help but SMILE the whole stay. And the bed....crazy comfy!! I stayed on the top floor and it was a quiet sleep. I would love to stay again!"
