"The front desk DAY shift was second to none. Helpful, informative and great personalities. One microwave on the third floor one ice machine on the third floor. No coffee until 7:00 during work days, coffee machine that you pay for broken. The elevator broken the entire week. Rooms ok but dated. Bed was worn out. If not for the front desk day personnel I’d rate this a poor hotel not worth the money."

"I had a great experience staying at Staypineapple in the South End. The hotel has a really fun, unique vibe while still feeling clean and well put together. The rooms were cozy but thoughtfully designed, and the bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. "Got to room, no towels, no waters, no sheets on bed after a 5 hour flight from the west coast. Clearly this room was not cleaned or prepared for me. I would expect a refund for night 1 at the minimum. "
