Limited service throughout the hotel - rooms are only cleaned every few days, beach towels only changed 3x per week and if you miss the 2 hour slot or are out of the hotel you have to keep them. This is not well communicated so we only had 2 or 3 towel changes for 10 day stay. Won't be returning, there are much better choices at this high price."

"It is conveniently located in the north of Mallorca at Can picafort. The staff at reception and the

bar were pleasant. I went in for the all inclusive package and I think it was definitely a mistake. Lunch on a daily basis was a let down with a limited menu, so I decided to skip it on the last two daya at the hotel. The selection of cut fruits and cakes at dessert with exactly the same for every lunch and dinner meal. That was exhausting. The drinks package was good and had nice variety....

area was nice but quantity of sunbeds not that much. Every morning at 9am there was the run to get a free sunbed. "
