O staff é simplesmente incrivel. O hotel é ótimo, muito bem localizado e com um café da manhã extraordinário. Valeu muito a pena. Alugamos uma sala no local para uma atividade de Focus Group, e todos os nossos convidados foram muito bem recebidos.

Três noites em São José dos Campos

Hotel muito bem localizado, instalações confortáveis, muito limpo, parece tudo novo. Atendimento da recepção muito boa, agradável e simpatica. O quarto, com cama de casal, espaçoso, confortavel, a cama foi arrumada tosos os dias e as toalhas trocadas. Foi o melhor hotel que eu fiquei em SJC.

Não recomendo.

Estadia deixou a desejar, a começar pelo atendimento demorado para realização do check in, estacionamento deveria ser gratuito para os hóspedes do hotel, assim como em outros Íbis, infelizmente não retornaremos a essa unidade. O dormitório não possui janela que abre para ventilação natural, só é possível utilizar o ar condicionado.
