Hospedagem com bom custo-benefício

Tive uma boa estadia no Ibis Jacareí. Fui bem atendido, a limpeza do quarto foi realizada todos os dias, o café da manhã possui uma boa variedade de alimentos. A cama não é tão confortável e nem os travesseiros, mas talvez seja apenas uma questão pessoal minha de gosto. Senti falta de uma lixeira no quarto. No geral, foi uma boa estadia e, se preciso, me hospedarei novamente no hotel.

Lugar agradável, tudo muito limpo, lugar tranquilo, café da manhã maravilhoso, fiquei hospedado 2 dias, fui com minha namorada, participei de uma corrida de montanha em Igaratá, o café da manhã aos finais de semana é servido até as 11hs da manhã e isso me ajudou muito, pq participei da corrida no Domingo e pude chegar no hotel na volta e desfrutar da comida oferecida.. Único ponto que poderia melhorar é o fato de que toda vez que precisamos sair com o carro é necessário validar o ticket na recepção primeiro, sendo que já paguei as diárias no ato do check-in.

O atendimento da recepção no período noturno foi muito bom, rápido e prático. O café da manhã carece de mais cuidado e atenção, talheres e pratos molhados e sujos. Mais de 30 minutos para repor uma garrafa de leite quente, guardanapos e sachês de açúcar/adoçante faltando reposição. Em resumo, pode melhorar para ter um padrão de qualidade melhor.

1 - Atendimento na recepcao bom e gentil mas nao consederam nenhum traviseiro extra quando pedimos.... 2 - Pedimos cama extra e nao havia nenhum preparo na nossa chegada...ofereceram um sofa cama bem velho e rasgado... 3 - Cafe da manha muito bom, mas talherem mal lavados... Enfim, nao voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel....

Para um padrão íbis pode melhorar ! A limpeza e falta de cuidado com alguns detalhes são pontos reincidentes neste hotel. Café da manhã sem identificação nos itens, isso demonstra falta de cuidado e padrão da marca. Por exemplo, mais de uma opção de bolo e nenhuma placa sinalizando o sabor. O mesmo ocorre com outros itens, são detalhes, mas que fazem a diferença. Talheres e copos sujos, inaceitável ! Acredito que o hotel carece de mais cuidado e gestão

Pode melhorar e muito

Para um padrão íbis pode melhorar e muito. Os copos disponibilizados no café da manhã estavam sujos, com marca de batom. Ovos mexidos estavam frio, itens sem identificação. O quarto também pode melhorar a limpeza, encontrei pertences (batom, esponja de maquiagem) de hospedes anteriores no chão, o que gera dúvidas quanto a qualidade da limpeza. O recepcionista da noite não é nada gentil e simpático, os funcionários da manhã são muito mais agradáveis. Precisam rever urgentemente a qualidade do atendimento no período noturno.
