The hotel is close to Capivari and the staff is friendly. However the first room I was given was terrible! The safe did not work, it was noisy, dark, the shower leaked, the floor was in very bad condition and dusty in general. Fortunately, after complaining several times, I was able to change my room for a room with a view on the third floor, paying the difference of course! If you want to stay in this hotel pay for rooms with balcony or on the third level otherwise it is best yo avoid it.

Péssima experiência

A estrutura do hotel é antiga e de madeira, o que não me incomoda, visto que está bem zelado. O quarto não possui isolamento acústico, então eu ouvia as conversas dos quartos ao lado e bem cedo (antes das 8) as camareiras começam a arrumar os quartos e fica a zuada de aspirador de pó na sua cabeça. Eu cheguei às 2h da madrugada e gostaria de dormir um pouco mais, só que o barulho de arrumação e os outros hóspedes conversando te desestimula a tentar dormir sem acústico. O outro problema foi o banheiro. Voltava cheiro de esgoto pelo ralo e me dava nojo e náusea. As toalhas são velhas e surradas, pareceu que eu estava passando uma lixa no corpo. O box do banheiro estava solto, quando me encostei nele tomando banho ele se desencostou da parede. Perigoso soltar definitivamente em alguém e machucar. O hotel é bem localizado, estávamos de carro e chegávamos rápido em tudo. Da para ir a pé ao Parque Capivari. O café da manhã foi a parte agradável. Diversas opções de pães, bolos, sucos e etc. As meninas repunham constantemente. Achei gostoso, diversificado e organizado, porém não compensa os outros percalços da estadia. Não adianta comer bem se você não dormiu e ficou cheirando esgoto o dia inteiro né?

Hotel próximo ao centro.

Hotel bom, quarto amplo, bem silencioso. Não tem elevador. O café da manhã é bom com bastante diversidade. Tem estacionamento aberto. Tem uma piscina aquecida e duas hidromassagem. Recomendo o hotel também por ser próximo ao centro.

Experiência muito ruim

Experiência muito ruim no geral, custe benefício péssimo, a diária é muito cara para o que é oferecido. Falta de limpeza nos quartos e banheiros (encontramos uma barata no banheiro quando chegamos). A reposição no café da manhã é extremamente lenta, faltavam itens o tempo todo, inclusive talheres (além da falta de variedade de frutas e sucos). Poucos funcionários no hotel, é bem difícil conseguir atendimento depois das 18h.
