Local muito agradável. A Ana é muito prestativa, atenciosa e simpática. Só estranhei a arrumação do quarto, que era feita enquanto íamos tomar café e praticamente só se trocava as toalhas ( quando sinalizávamos que podia) e só esticavam o edredom por cima do lençol, sem permitir aquela sensação de gostosa de chegar no quarto de tudo cheiroso e cama gostosa pra tomar um banho e deitar, apesar do colchão e travesseiros serem bem confortáveis.

Francamente parece que as pessoas que avaliam nunca viajaram antes. Confiei nas fotos e avaliações do Velinn Hotel e me dei muito mal, aluguei o chalé maior para comemorar o aniversário da minha esposa juntamente com nossos filhos de 6 anos. DECEPÇÃO! O lugar externamente é bonito, bem arborizado, mas é só. Chalé muito antigo e mal conservado, zero isolamento térmico, lareira sem acessórios básicos, banheiro com pisos azuleijos e metais encardidos, velhos. Chuveiro péssimo, na primeira noite frio, depois de reclamar parecia um caldeira de quente. Meus filhos tiveram que dormir com o colchão no chão, porque o quarto de cima era tão gelado que tivemos que descer o cochão. Pra finalizar o show de horror me cobraram 30,00 para utilizar 2 taças pra vinho, nunca tinha visto isso na minha vida. Gastei 2400 por duas diárias, foi uma das piores hospedagens da minha vida.

Foi uma estadia perfeita. Já estamos com planos de repetir. Lugar muito bonito, tranquilo, bem cuidado. Ideal para descansar, relaxar. Café da manhã excelente, com tudo o que esperamos e em um ambiente gostoso. Vai até tarde (11h30) permitindo que não nos preocupemos com a hora de acordar. Atendimento nota 10, boa localização e ótimas instalações. Recomendo!

Ótima experiência, ficamos no Chalé Araucária, estava tudo muito novo, ainda algumas coisas para terminar com relação ao paisagismo, mas nada que atrapalhou nossa estadia. Tudo impecável. Tivemos um problema com um equipamento que queimou devido a não ter indicação e fomos informados erroneamente a voltagem da tomada da pia, nos atenderam prontamente e fomos ressarcidos pela proprietária da pousada. O lugar muito tranquilo, conseguimos descansar e conhecer a cidade de Santo Antônio do Pinhal. Super indico O Hotel Fazenda Fonte das Hortênsias. Voltaremos!

O lugar é maravilhoso a vista a pousada em si. Mais o café da manhã é muito fraco pelo preço a pousada, outra coisa que não gostei não sei se é ba dona ou funcionária, estava tomando café veio perguntar qual chalé estava, na frente de outros hóspedes, não gostei achei desconfortável, devem ter alguém anotando o nome do chalé, não sou eu que tenho que me identificar ou ir na mesa me perguntar. Do resto adoramos o lugar
