Quarto antigo, precisando de nanutenção. Banheiro sem ducha; água acumulada devido abinvlinação inversa no piso, levando a perigo de quedas; tomada elétrica sem funcionar; mesa suporte do frigobar quebrada torbando o mesmo muito barulhento, a pondo de ser melhor desligá-lo para poder dormir. Café da manhã bom. Ótima localização.

O atendimento das duas Jessicas na recepção foi excelente, a Glaucia da central de reservas foi muito simpática, o Flávio manobrista (bom motorista) e o Adriano da manutenção foram muito prestativos e demais funcionários da limpeza e cozinha que sempre cumprimentavam quando passavam pela gente. O hotel ofere gratuitamente o tour guiado que é muito bom, aprendi muito sobre a Basilica, vale a pena fazer este tour, mas vale a pena mesmo. O guia Isaias explicou tudo muito bem explicado e de forma fácil de entender. Ainda bem que o hotel ofece este tour guiado. Quanto ao hotel, ele é simples mas não vi limpeza mal feita ou problemas de infra estrutura. O quarto é pequeno e falta uma mesinha, uma pratileira, gancho para roupas, enfirm locais para se colocar objetos. O café da manhã é bom e está de acordo com o valor da diária. O estacionamento fica a uns 600 metros de distancia e em um terreno sem cobertura, com muros e portão com chave. O manobrista é quem leva e traz o carro sempre que é preciso. Resumindo: Fiquei satisfeiro com o hotel, com a equipe de funcionários e com o que o hotel oferece pelo valor da diária que cobra. Com certeza é um hotel que eu volto a me hospedar e indicar para outras pessoas.
