Muita história e aconchego!

Muito bom! A casa é de um dos fundadores de Campos, belíssima e de muita história! Um café da manhã de hotel 5 estrelas! Pães quentinhos, omeletes feito na hora,tostes, sucos… uma delícia mesmo!!! Valeu a pena… Os quartos e as salas são aconchegantes, mas por ser um local de muita umidade, tem um pouco de cheiro de mofo. Precisa de alguns reparos, mas o custo benefício e atendimento são ótimos!!!! Parabéns

Tivemos problemas com água e descarga no banheiro. Como não fica ninguém depois das 22:00, tivemos que esperar até o outro dia para nos trocar de quarto. As roupas de cama tem cheiro forte de roupa que está guardada há muito tempo (tinha até mancha de morfo). Se você tem problemas de alergia, leve seus remédios. O café da manhã começa apenas às 8, mas é muito bom. E durante o dia, sempre tem café, chá e bolo disponível para os hóspedes (achei atencioso). A localização é relativamente boa. Se vc for de carro (estacionamento apertado, mas tem) é melhor ir de Uber (14 reais para ir ao centro).

Lindo e aconchegante pousada.

Trata-se de uma linda pousada, em casa histórica (fundador da cidade). Destaque especial para a "Sra. Valentina", uma linda cadela que nos alegra nas chegadas e saídas da pousada. Atendimento personalizado, correu tudo bem. Ótima opção em Campos do Jordão.

Problemas com aquecedores

Hotel tem tudo para ser maravilhoso. Porém, no inverno em Campos do Jordão, o aquecedor elétrico do quarto não funcionava. Nos forneceram um portátil. Funcionou e dormimos bem na 1a noite. Porém, saímos pela manhã, passamos o dia todo fora COM a chave do quarto e quando voltamos o aquecedor portátil tinha sido trocado por outro aquecedor portátil que NÃO funcionava! Questionamos o funcionário que fica à noite e o mesmo disse que não poderia fazer nada, pq não tinha nenhum outro aquecedor e que o hotel estava com problemas de aquecedores... a nossa sorte foi que esse funcionário conseguiu fazer o aquecedor que fica na parede do quarto funcionar! Trocar um aquecedor que estava funcionando e deixar um que não funciona no quarto de uma família com crianças é inaceitável!!

Estadia péssima, não gostei do hotel, só tem escada, estacionamento horrível, não cabe os carros. Café da manhã com poucos itens. Barulho horrível no quarto das pisadas do quarto de cima. Enfim nada de bom, não recomendo
