O hotel é bom para quem está de passagem pela BR. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor, pois tiveram poucas opções de alimentos. Porém, os pratos servidos no restaurante são muito bons! O hotel precisa melhorar em relação à limpeza, principalmente das toalhas.

Péssimo atendimento, pior hotel que já fui!!!

Chegamos na recepção e não nos deram boa noite, fizemos a ficha e subimos, já no quarto vi que eram 3 camas de solteiro, desci e o atendente me disse que essa era minha reserva, ok, fiz errado então...e não tinha quarto com cama de casal e uma de solteiro. Minha esposa liga do quarto falando que uma das camas estava com muito barulho e que faltava um cobertor. O atendente me disse que a camareira ja tinha ido embora e que não tinha mais cobertas, com 10º um de nós teria que dormir sem coberta, e eu falei, você está brincando né´?! Ele disse que não saia de casa para brincar e que eu me acalmasse, eu disse que nem tinha alterado o tom, e se ele tinha algum problema comigo, ele disse que se eu tinha com ele a gente poderia resolver como eu preferisse e que eu não aguentaria se aceitasse brigar com ele. Asssim foi, não tinha como ir para outro lugar no momento, subi, o quarto era horrível, cama ruim, banheiro sujo, a agua vazou do box e molhou tudo, a tv não funcionava e o barulho era terrível a noite toda, portas batendo...pensei até que pudesse ser o tal atendente zoando. No dia seguinte, descemos com as malas, fui atendido normalmente e fomos embora, perdendo uma diária, pois a reserva era para dois dias. Fui para o Hotel Maruá e nossa, que maravilha!!! Esse não vale um centavo.
