"Originally in a room above the restaurants street but was moved due to cigarette smoke smell (did not smell anywhere else and staff were fantastic in moving my 14yo son and I to another room). We were moved to 667 and it was absolutely quiet. Staff were fantastic. If you have a room above the street of restaurants - it comes alive in the evening with street performances. I don’t know what time they end as we faced another area with no noise at all :)"

"Kiva, pieni hotelli erinomaisella paikalla Massena-aukiolla. Rantaan muutaman sadan metrin matka ja pääostoskatu alkaa aivan aukion edestä. Raitiovaunulla helppo yhteys lentokentälle. Huoneet sopivat muutaman yön yöpymiseen. Henkilökunta eritttäin ystävällistä. Ei hissiä,hotelliin päästäkseen noustaan kahdet portaat. Tämä kannattaa huomioida! Lähistöllä useita kahviloita, joista saa mieleisen aamiaisen."

"Very convenient location for our family of three to visit Nice. We walked to most attractions in Vieux Nice. We certainly liked eating breakfast in the garden every morning. Just missing an iron /board but not essential for what we needed during our stay. Would stay here again. "
