"Codes to enter the property wasn't sent before the check in, then tried to call the numbers no answer. Ignored all the phone calls and the instructions weren't accurate so took too long to find the place and enter. Not sufficient hot water to shower, when informed no action was taken. Had to wait hours for the water to get hot after 2 people had showers. When reported promised it'll be sorted but nothing was done till the check out date after 5 days. "A lovely big apartment in a great location. Not suitable for suitcases so we left our big bags in carpark as we were only staying one night. View of Roman theatre great. Room was clean but almost no provisions like water, tea, milk and shampoo. Come prepared! "

"Beautiful apartment, clean and in excellent condition. Very central location, with both historic sights and restaurants/shops very close by. Was initially just staying one night, but ended up staying three. Easy and excellent communication with staff. Highly reccommended! "
