Carol and her team — Lucas Jacinto, Matheus, Son, Amanda, Rivaldo, Alexandre, Ricardo (Everyone on Her Team) — and also the outstandingly courteous, professional, and friendly team at the hotel’s restaurant (Compota) — Lucas, Augusto, and remaining team members, always go above and beyond to make my stay special. They even made me a special team (on the house!) when they learned I had caught a cold. The attention to detail, from personalized service to ensuring everything is perfect (including parking space), is exceptional. Thank you for making my stay a personal and comfortable one, and for always treating me with the utmost respect and kindness. Agradeço a Deus por vocês. Que Ele abençoe a todos vocês sempre.
