"This place was dirty, had ants on the walls, the sink and the microwave. The AC unit was loud and if used for over an hr, will start to leak down the wall. The couch was dirty and filled with crumbs. the blanket they provide had gunk dried something on it. Couldn’t stay for the whole night, told the property I left and was told to returned the key right away—which didn’t make sense because it was non refundable and I paid for the night. "Pontos positivos: a localização é excelente, perto de muitos lugares ótimos. A banheira e o sofá tb são pontos positivos. Pontos negativos: a geladeira, em alguns momentos da madrugada, faz um barulho bem alto, atrapalhando inclusive no andar de cima do duplex. Pequenas formigas apareceram no criado mudo e estante embaixo da tv. Papel higiênico, roupas de cama e toalhas poderiam ser de melhor qualidade (região é polo têxtil......)"

"Tivemos alguns problemas. Inicialmente nos alocaram em um flat que não havia sido higienizado (estava todo bagunçado do hóspede anterior). Conseguimos contato e nos mudaram de flat. Dizia ter jogo de cama no entanto não tinha lençol de cima. Não usamos cobertores sem lençóis (porque já sabemos que não são higienizados a cada hóspede) então isso foi muito problematico. Passamos frio e não dormimos a noite inteira. Mas o lugar em si é maravilhoso e o atendimento bem rápido."

"Clean , best breakfast opportunities, was a last minute stay, I wish I could give them a five star because see rcvice was top notch but for people who are accessible challenged this is not the place for you. I use a mobility scooter to get around and to go eat the free breakfast It had to be brought to me.. there were no ways to make it to reception without walking down a flight of stairs… no accessible bathroom… there was a stepover to the larger size bedroom . If you have no. Accessible issues.. the hotel is a 5 star. The view from the window with the mountains and the seldom train that billowed. Through the center of the city.. the location of this hotel was beyond breathtaking."
