"The hotel need a refurbishment, everything was dirty. I stayed 5 nights and didn’t have my bed sheet changed when I asked they housekeeping said that they only change the sheets when requested. "
"This was a great hotel. The 12th floor pool and gym area was very nice. The staff were extra helpful with us since we did not speak Portuguese. I would stay there again for sure. Lots of adorable shops and restaurants within walking distance too. "
