A Royal Tulip Experience

It's the Royal Tulip, the stay was as expected. Resort type feel when on the property, beautiful pool area and staff are very friendly. Not exactly the "Holambra" experience one would expect, but it is a lovely getaway one would expect from the Royal Tulip brand. The town centre is about a 7 minutes drive from the hotel but not onerous. The area is in farm country, you might get stuck behind a tractor but that adds to the charm.

Péssima experiência do início ao fim da hospedagem. Não recomendo. Logo no check-in, na sexta-feira por volta das 16h, fomos direcionados ao primeiro quarto. Ao entrar, encontramos um forte odor de urina de gato, a tampa do vaso sanitário quebrada e o banheiro em condições precárias, com paredes totalmente mofadas, descascando e com cheiro desagradável. Após reclamar, fomos transferidos de apartamento. O segundo quarto também começou com problemas. Apesar da reserva ser para um casal e uma criança, o apartamento foi entregue com três camas de solteiro. A equipe só foi realizar a união das camas por volta das 19h, enquanto nós já estávamos no quarto nos arrumando para sair para jantar, causando um enorme transtorno. Quando retornamos do jantar, por volta das 23h, percebemos que a pia do banheiro estava entupida e vazando água por baixo. No sábado, informei a situação na recepção e fui orientada de que fariam o reparo enquanto estivéssemos passeando pela cidade. Ao retornarmos ao hotel, por volta das 16h, encontramos uma situação ainda pior: o banheiro estava completamente sujo, com toalhas jogadas no chão e dentro da pia, restos da limpeza espalhados e grudados nas paredes, além de um fortíssimo odor de esgoto/fossa. No jantar de sábado, os problemas continuaram. Após aguardarmos cerca de 35 minutos, o prato do meu marido veio completamente diferente do que havia sido pedido. Solicitamos um risoto de salmão e foi servido um arroz marroquino.

Adorei o hotel, nos hospedamos em família para conhecer a cidade e descansar. Quartos confortáveis, academia pequena mas conseguimos usar todos os dias, recepção muito atenciosa, nos deram várias dicas da cidade. Piscina aquecida ótima. Poderia ter mais toalhas de piscina, de manhã era difícil conseguir uma. Café da manhã com muitas variedades, frutas, iogurtes, pães, frios, bolos, único ponto negativo é que demorava para assar o pão de queijo e quando chegava logo acabava. Como sugestão o hotel poderia ter mais opções de lazer, como salão de jogos, quadra de futebol. As bicicletas não são mais locadas, estão sem manutenção, mas conseguimos 2 com um funcionario e fizemos um passeio pela cidade, foi incrível! No geral foi tudo ótimo e com certeza voltaríamos a nos hospedar lá.

Hotel excelente, ótima estrutura, funcionários excelente e prestativo, ótimo café da manhã, quarto confortável, estacionamento excelente super recomendo. Eu não tive muita sorte que fiquei no quarto 2212 que é perto da rouparia aí pra quem quer descansar não recomendo o quarto muito barulho e os funcionários falando no corredor ( isso é uma opinião pessoal do que achei durante 2 dias de estadia.

Quantos limpos, café da manhã bom, tive problema no upgrad tive que aguardar mais de 2 horas quando haviam dito que a espera seria de 15 min. Mas a recepção nos presenteou com cortesia para nao abalar a experiência. O hotel é lindo e silencioso!

O hotel é muito limpo e organizado. Funcionários sãos educados e prestativos. O quarto estava muito limpo, perfumado e organizado. Os lençóis das camas estavam limpos e bem arrumadas, as camas são king size, o colchão é otimo. Havia uma boas vindas personalizada com meu nome na tela da tv. As piscinas são muito limpas. O café da manhã estava bem variado, gostoso e arrumado. Amamos o lugar e voltaremos em breve.
