Ficamos decepcionados ao chegar ao hotel, precária instalações, o atendimento dos funcionários super bacana, mas o hotel necessita urgente de uma reforma, está sujo também, na piscina, as cadeiras extremamente sujas, estado precário. Café da manhã horrível, colocaram até abacaxi passado...decepcionante. A piscina local é uma bela atração, mas o entorno dela totalmente sujo. Local triste. O que salva é a educação dos funcionários. No quarto ou vc liga o ventilador precário, ou liga a televisão. Qdo chegamos não tinha um quarto pronto esperando por nós...decidiram na hora. Local muito bonito, mas necessita de uma boa reforma e melhor administração. Coisas simples como uma boa limpeza nas cadeiras próximo a piscina já ajudaria muito.

Quarto com apenas uma luz bem fraca no canto da parede, segunda luz do quarto estava queimada, sem ventilador, banheiro sem interruptor de luz (ou seja, sem luz), janela do banheiro não fechava.... quarto próximo ao mato, por debaixo da porta do quarto e pela janela do banheiro entraram formigoes, aranhas grandes, marimbondos e outros insetos. Estava sem condições de dormir naquele quarto, acabamos dormindo dentro do carro, livre insetos e calor. Quarto não condiz com as fotos do anúncio e nem a descrição. No anúncio dizia que tinha ventilador e chegando lá quarto horrível, quente, sem ventilador e sem luz necessária. O serviço da lanchonete funcionava só até as 19h, passei calor, fome e cede, não tinha um frigobar ou atendimento para solicitar uma água. Tivemos que tomar água da torneira, pois lá não tem nada próximo, nem mercado, nem posto, nada. E não tínhamos como sair de lá, pois no estacionamento tinha um toco de árvore que acabou com o carro, tivemos que levar na cidade para arrumar no dia seguinte. O proprietário do hotel disse que arcaria com os custos do carro e nada disso foi feito. Foram pagas 2 diárias, mas como passamos por uma noite de terror nesse lugar, solicitamos ao proprietário o ressarcimento da segunda diária, já que não iriamos ficar a próxima noite. Como ele não estava na pousada, a funcionária me passou para falar com ele por telefone, e ficou combinado o reembolso da diária e até agora nada. Super desagradável acontecer uma coisa dessa, lamentável!
