O quarto é bem organizado, limpo e conta com ar-condicionado e televisão, o que torna a estadia confortável em alguns aspectos. No entanto, a acústica do hotel é muito ruim. Durante a madrugada, é possível ouvir claramente pessoas chegando, conversando ou até andando pelos corredores, como se estivessem dentro do próprio quarto, o que prejudica bastante o descanso. Além disso, o colchão também deixa a desejar, sendo bem desconfortável. No geral, a estrutura básica é boa, mas a qualidade do sono é comprometida principalmente pelo barulho e pelo colchão.

Fomos bem recebidos no check-in. O conforto é mínimo, mas bem limpinho. Uma funcionária foi hostil no segundo dia, disse que estavam reclamando do barulho da minha cachorrinha, o que achamos estranho porque ela é muito quietinha e procuramos hoteis que aceitassem animais de estimação. Estacionamento na calçada, com placa informando que o hotel não se reponsabiliza pelos veículos.
