"Great hotel! Staff were fantastic. Convenient location close to Uffizi and other central Florence attractions but located on a small side street that was quiet. Easy access to great restaurants. "

"Great location. Walkable to train station, and all tourists locations. Would stay again. Only improvement would be to add an elevator. The stone stairs 3 floors up are difficult to navigate with suitcases. "

"Our stay was part of a two week Europe trip, 6 countries 10 cities. This was probably our favorite hotel. It is in a former palace and our room a former room in the palace. Since our trip was historical/cultural focused, this room checked all the boxes. Not only was our room beautiful, huge and historic, our floor is also known to be haunted but a historic figure. I got sick during the trip and the hotel was so helpful in giving recommendations for a Doctor to come to my room. "
