"We had a fantastic stay at The Sebel Canberra Campbell and couldn’t recommend it more highly! The staff were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. They kindly allowed us to check in early when we were picking up our new puppy, Matcha, which made the whole experience so much easier. They also arranged a late check-out so I could participate in the Canberra Running Festival without having to rush back, which we really appreciated. The room was lovely, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and it was such a thoughtful touch to have a water bowl and dog bed provided for our puppy. The location was also fantastic, making it easy to get around and enjoy Canberra. It’s the little things and the willingness of staff to go the extra mile that make a stay memorable. We felt very welcomed, particularly travelling with a new puppy, and would happily stay here again. Thank you for such a lovely experience!"

"We have stayed at Burbury a few times, so quite a decent hotel. However, we have selected Twin beds and this was not set up when we arrived. This has happened more than once, so need to review their process for guests' bed preferences and set up the room accordingly. They did provide complimentary drinks for this shortcoming, but would prefer the have the room ready when we arrive after 3pm so we have the room for resting."

"We came here for a girls night in! We spent a good 1.5 hours enjoying the pools, spa and sauna, then ordered Uber Eats straight to our Meriton Suites apartment for a cozy dinner night in. The 2/3 bedroom apartment was fantastic - very spacious, and it even had salt and pepper and a coffee pod machine. The next morning we took a 2-minute walk to the Civic Centre for a great breakfast and a shopping spree! This is our second time staying here for a girls night - we love it!"
