"The owner and his family were very responsive and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Even though we were here during the off season they made sure we had what we needed. "

"The lady staff is nice and provided us information going around. My only issue is with the tap water. After boiling the water, it looks very dirty. But we were not informed when checked in. So we only took two small bottled water instead of the larger one as I told the staff I like boiled water better."

Nothing was too much trouble , from helping us to arrange a tour of Ephesus to restaurant recommendations and more . The Turkish breakfast was something we looked forward to getting up for each morning . All the cakes and bread were made fresh each day by their in-house breakfast cook . "We loved our two nights here. May is a lovely lady who treated us like family. The rooms were large, comfy and quiet. May cooked us breakfast each morning and gave us recommendations on where to eat in the evening. We felt at home x"

"Staff were very nice. I appreciate them staying open in the winter as it was hard to find open hotels in this area in January. Unfortunately the room was rather chilly and I think someone either smoked in the room or right outside the window before we came, but I suspect in the summer this would be a five-star place with warmer weather and an option to leave the window open to air out smoke. The staff were so kind I didn't complain about anything."
