"The property, where do I start?! It was amazing! From the initial walk in it had a wow factor about it, we met James, he was very helpful, with the convenience of being next door if needed.
With 3 large bedrooms, one with an en-suite, cupboards and storage space, we had ample space to use.
I would highly recommend this cottage, the added extras made the trip too! "

"Well located (15 minute walk to the baths, and on several bus lines). Nice property, excellent breakfast. Our only issue was that our room (top floor) had a sloping ceiling that you have to be careful of to avoid bumping your head and which effectively reduces the useful space in the room."

"A short one night stay where we were out all day. But a great modern, trendy hotel on the edge of the city centre with a great room and good shower.
Very modern and attractive public areas. Discounted parking just across the road"
"All was very good … the only fault was a leaking toilet or sink. Constant water on the floor.
Staff were really helpful and couldn’t fault anything else about the hotel. Would. Would definitely say there again."
"Hotel is very central and comfortable, rooms are a decent size.
However, when we checked in we noticed a lot of loose hair in our shower. We brought this to the attention of the desk staff who said they’d inform housekeeping to get it cleaned. (It wasn’t a stray hair - there were so many long dark hairs on the shower tray, glass, taps, toiletries and tiles. Also on the bathroom floor and the floor immediately outside the toilet). When we returned after 10pm, they were all still there. I cleaned them myself as I was desperate for a shower having been sightseeing for hours in 30 degree heat and having also arrived from 34 degree heat in Paris earlier in the day. This left a bitter taste in my mouth given that you’re paying £215 per night to stay there.
The air conditioning worked well and kept the room comfortable given the heat and we were grateful for the fridge. The breakfast that’s included is fantastic. Very fresh and varied.
Would we return or recommend the hotel? Probably not due to the unclean shower and the fact that it wasn’t rectified when brought to the attention of staff."
"Nice central location - double bedroom not great with two single beds joined rather than a proper bed and room seemed to incorporate lots of accessibility equipment which wasn’t what we wanted or needed and impacted the rooms look unfortunately."
"Nice clean hotel located in the middle of the Harbourside.
Room was clean, bed comfy with a good shower.
Breakfast was plentiful.
Small grievance - did pay over £400 for 2 nights so assumed breakfast was included. Had to pay another £60 so nearly £230 a night is a little pricey.."
"This is one of my favourite hotels ever!
Very clean, modern, and everything you need from being away from home. Beautiful products from cowshed branded my Mollies. Definitley recommend. Please can you bring one to London soon"
"Property is very clean. Only thing is the rooms are to small. My fault for not paying attention to the advertising. However despite that it’s very good. Complimentary wine and cheese for loyalty membership. Again very good but if you need room space it’s different. If I had been traveling alone this would not matter"
"Perfect location and hotel for early or late flights.
the car park however is owned by Bristol Airport and therefore the £45 per night charge was an unexpected shock"
