"The staff upon arrival was not very friendly. When I asked if you all had continental breakfast, his reply was “yeah!” The rooms (3 in total) were nasty!! Hair in the tub. The loveseats were dirty. There was a massive amount of dust in that room (I am allergic to dust). Something spilled beside the refrigerator in Room 309. I have pictures to validate my statement. I will never visit this hotel again. Side note: my husband and I own a cleaning business and this was unacceptable."

"Room was a little run down"

"The staff were polite and helpful. However, the hotel did not have an accessible room with a waterside view. I booked two rooms, we had to call down to reception to have the rooms cleaned two days in a row. The entire hotel needed to be overhauled and renovated, it appeared very run down. I have family who resides in the area and I would not stay there again."

"They cancelled my reservation and didn’t even tell me. I traveled across the country to find out at 11pm my room was cancelled. Absolutely ridiculous!!"

"We came to our room about 1:30am and there was no towels or wash cloths in room so that we can take a shower. My son went downstairs the next morning around 9 am and the lady said that they had no clean linens. How you didn’t have any the whole day before or the next morning. Did they check the rooms. So mad I had to go buy towels to wash"

"I really appreciate their accommodation for my stay. I ended up arriving later than planned and I didn’t call ahead of time. Although my reservation got canceled they were able to reinstate my reservation and I got a room for my stay"

"Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The pictures are incredibly deceiving. While the beds appeared to be newer, the rest of the property was in terrible condition, and the smell throughout the hotel was absolutely atrocious. You could hear everything through the walls, and the air conditioning barely worked. The front desk was almost always unattended, with a beat-up handwritten sign saying they would “be back in 15 minutes” that looked like it had become a permanent fixture. There...

"The place is a crackhouse …..not a place to stay on vacation especially with a family and young children. There was a party outside my room and I was afraid to open the door. Thank God I had my Dog with me, she is a good watchdog so I felt a little better. Stayed one night not two as planned."
