Fantastic stay!!!

Overall a very good hotel with great staff! We travelled as part of a family trip. There were 10 of us in total. The youngest being 15 months old, the hotel met our pre arrival requests. Meal times the staff were fantastic in making sure as a group we were comfortable. Lara and Mariana in particular were fantastic! One evening after a day out at Portaventura and Ferrari Land. Part of the group got back late due to issues with taxi’s and accessing a baby seat. The ladies went above and beyond to make sure we could get food for the others. Preparing a space so that they could eat once they arrived. As a group we utilised most of the facilities, with no complaints! I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay here again! Location wise it was great as we could take lovely beach strolls to Cambrils and Salou. Within 15 mins drive to the Renfe station when we visited Barçelona. It was only 20 mins drive from Reus airport. I want to shout out David from the bar, the dining crew and the front desk team. Always on hand to assist when needed. Lastly the ladies that kept our four rooms nice and clean for us. Gracias por todo, un gran abrazo. Pablo y familia x

Ne mérite pas le nombre de ses étoiles

La piscine trop petite pour le nombre de résidents. Les horaires d'ouverture du restaurant ne sont pas suivis. Arrivez tôt au restaurant, après il se transforme en cantine assez bruyante. Les menus sont répétitifs. Les fruits archis durs, mangeables peut-être 2/3 jours suivants. Surprenant, il n'y a pas d'eau en carafe mais en bouteille payante (1.7€ la demi et 2€ le litre). A l'ouverture de 7h30 le coup de balai n'est pas journalier. La chambre est spacieuse, suffisante et confortable. Clim parfaite. Salle d'eau top mais attention douche très glissante. Le balcon n'est jamais balayé, ni la balustrade nettoyée, elle est en verre donc logiquement transparente, imaginez. Le parking privé est payant (8€ jour) le coffre idem (4€ jour) tarifs non indiqués dans les brochures ou site web.

Un excellent établissement en bord de plage

Un accès direct à la plage. Sentier piéton et piste cyclable pour rallier Salou et Port Aventura ou le port de Cambrils. Un arrière pays à découvrir. Un établissement de qualité avec une restauration à l'image de l'hôtel. Piscine avec un superbe pin parasol, salle de gym, jacuzzi, sauna et hammam en accès libre. Et possibilité de ranger les vélos. Un personnel sympathique et à l'écoute. Tout pour passer un excellent séjour sur la Costa Daurada !

Notre séjour en DP dans cet hôtel s'est très bien passé...un bémol, nous avons mangé une fois à midi au petit snack de l'hôtel, plus que négatif ! le personnel et la nourriture vraiment pas terrible !

Excellent séjour de trois jours

Les + : - le confort et la superficie de la chambre, qui est en plus très calme alors qu'elle était située au premier étage dans le passage. - le buffet du petit-déjeuner, très complet en produits sucrés et salés. - le site et la situation de l'hôtel, en bord de mer et d'une promenade piétonne. - L'hôtel en lui -même, très propre et proposant de belles prestations et le personnel, dévoué et souriant. - le spa, même si il est vite saturé en monde. Les - : - la formule buffet du soir, qui propose de la nourriture de qualité moyenne et un environnement pas très intime. Dommage qu'une formule à la carte ne soit pas également proposée. - le Wifi : pour avoir un débit correct il faut payer. Même si le surcout n'est pas très important, il serait judicieux de l'inclure dans le prix de la chambre.

Lovely hotel on the promenade.

Quick check in and lovely junior suite. Had room 3019 which had sunshine on the balcony in the morning which was great. Good food but sometimes a bit repetitive. Good price for drinks too.

Highly recomendat this hotell

Great placement for bathing and sun vacation. Second to go to the beach and great pool at the hotel area. The staff both service and cleaning was superior. Would consider a VIP stay, this will include free use of towels at hotel and beach area. Transport from airport went smooth with Erosbus, high standard and reasonable price.

Nice beach and not crowded. Beachside hotel. Very good buffet. Unfortunately people booked sunbeds early in the morning. Bad WIFI (our teenagers not happy about that). You have to walk for 15-20 minutes to find other restaurants. But a very nice walk along the beach.

Zu laut für erholsamen Urlaub

Wir haben 3 Jahre in cambrils gelebt und waren jetzt für Ferien dort. Cambrils und Umgebung ist wirklich wunderschön, die Kinder lieben den Port aventura. Aber ich würde definitiv nicht dieses Hotel empfehlen, da es an der sehr lauten Uferstraße liegt, immer viel Verkehr herrscht und das Essen, insbesondere Frühstück eher mangelhaft sind. Spanisches essen ist hervorragend, aber wenn man als Tourist nur im Hotel isst, ist das sehr schade. Mir haben die Pool Zeiten - 10.00- 18.00- nicht gefallen. Jacuzzi und Sauna sind aber top!

Superb Hotel, Wonderful Food and Welcoming Staff

This hotel is top class. The staff were very friendly and Ester did a wonderful job in making us feel very welcome and at home. It was a little outside the busy season when we stayed so there wasn't alot of pubs open nearby but you can hire a bike from the hotel and take a ramble into either Cambrils port (10 mins cycle) or Salou (15 mins cycle) We won't normally opt to eat in a hotel when on holidays but we got such a great deal and the grub was so good that we ate in the hotel most nights. The variety every night for starters, main and desserts were exceptional. Really enjoyed or babymoon stay! thank you Estival

Très bel hôtel en face de la mer .

Hôtel très agréable , confortable avec un très bon buffet chaque jour. Personnels très gentils et à l'écoute. La mer est en face l'hôtel et il y a aussi une belle piscine. Hôtel à découvrir 😀Nous avons passés un très bon séjour chaud et ensoleillé.

Séjour très agréable, hotel tres propre, cuisine délicieuse est variée, très bon petit déjeuner, personnel de service d étage très réactif et méticuleux. Seul bémol les serveurs du bar exterieur coté piscine, très impolis et incompétent, domage pour la qualité de l hotel qui je pense vas en souffrir
