"This hotel fell way short of others at this same price point. There was an odor in the hallway to our room. They had cut a flap in the carpet over electrical outlets. I tripped over that flap twice. We have stayed in rooms this size many times before. This hotel has chosen to do away with what I consider essentials. For example, there is no clothes rack with hangers for hanging garments. "Not a dang thing if you have an emotional support dog and your husband has just died you have to pay $25 a night according to a very rude front desk woman. You will get screamed at if you protest. Go somewhere else and the food was very bad but of course it was free for $147 a night"
