"The apartment needs renovation. Limited number of parking spaces and thus we need to park at Crown Plaza Hotel and walk back to the apartment. If need to do laundry, need to use the shared washing machines. However, one is broke and another isn’t connected with water supply."

"Check in was a multiple step situation. No taxi had any idea where the building was. It's unmarked. Lights in kitchen didn't work. Shower tiles falling off, shower itself was leaking from both the main connection and along the pipe. Blinds were in disrepair, the ceiling in R2 (where I was) looks like someone stuck used floorboards on it, possibly to mask mould. I'd probably had better conditions in a trailer."

"The property was average. However, the communication with the hotel staff was not so great. I had a few issues accessing the building when I first got there. When I called for help, it was only through email."

"Pretty clean, nice walk to town centre and transit. Parking a bit tight by North American standards. Lift available. Beds comfy and the owners/property managers as well as the cleaner were all wonderful. "

"The host goes above and beyond to create a really comfortable environment for travelers. So much attention to detail to make it a relaxing stay. Having things like tea, coffee, breakfast, snacks available when traveling as a family of 6 was beyond helpful! It gave us space to laugh, sort our luggage and rest before we flew out from Heathrow the next day. I also left my kindle behind, the team found it quickly and very kindly posted it to my UK address. I’m so grateful!! Thank you!! Absolutely...

"While the walk from terminal 2 or 3 is not easily marked, once there it was a great place to spend the night before continuing on our trip to Dover the next morning. There is a nice bar and restaurant and the rooms are clean and spacious. The lifts are a bit confusing as one set goes to a few different floors and the other set does not. Not clearly marked. "

"Very convenient for terminal 5 access, especially when you have an early flight. Our room was clearly renovated, although the bathroom was somewhat dated. It was more than adequate for one night. Be warned, there are no bedside sockets- although there were some by the TV. The bar is expensive but it has a captive audience and the plane watching opportunities are great. Staff were friendly. "

I liked my room The bus service to and from the hotel is not run by the hotel and can be cumbersome and it’s the same bad service for all the Heathrow hotels .. if you don’t mind spending a little more money for a cab or Uber you will be happy you did"
