She was very nice and very helpful, used a translator app which was very nice but obviously the exact translations can get confusing at times. We found this with most of this city though. Hoi an is the place to be for english speaking tourists. "

"TMS Hotel Danang Beach is a gem! Spent 6 nights here and it was the perfect relaxing getaway. Location: Unbeatable—directly opposite the beach and super convenient for exploring Da Nang and Hoi An. Room: Ocean View was incredible. Staff: 5-star service! Professional and welcoming. We truly felt at home and consider this the best hotel we've stayed at in Vietnam.
