Great place for families. Buffet food was varied and good. We appreciated the quiet environment - no piped drum ‘n’ bass or pool Zumba stuff. Heaven. One of the few resort hotels we would consider returning to.

Room Type: Deluxe King Room Sea View (Breakfast & Dinner included) Overall, this resort is a good choice if you are looking for a vacation to swim and take a relaxing rest. However, if you have kids and want them to see coral or fish, you won't find that here. The guest demographic is primarily Russian and Korean. The hotel boasts beautiful views, and both the swimming pool and the beach are stunning—absolutely perfect for swimming. We are satisfied with the overall experience, though it would have been perfect if there were coral and fish viewing available nearby. The main downside was the housekeeping service, which didn't seem very thorough. The room wasn't as clean as expected, and it appeared the shampoo and body wash weren't checked before our arrival; I had to call reception to get them refilled. Notably, there also didn't seem to be any shaving razors provided in the room. In conclusion, aside from the issues with the room and housekeeping, we were satisfied with everything else during our stay.

ヴィラは広々していて、清潔でプールも広く最高でした！ カートもすぐ来てくれて、離れたヴィラでも快適でした。朝食も夕食もアフタヌーンティーも美味しくて連泊しても飽きませんでした。レストランも広くて待つことはありませんでした。

리조트 규모가 크고, 수영장과 전용 해변 모두 좋았습니다. 헬스장과 기타 실내 놀이시설(탁구, 농구)도 잘 갖춰져 있어서 리조트 내에서 머무르면서 가족과 시간을 보내기 아주 좋았습니다. 식사도 맛과 다양성 모든 면에서 훌륭했습니다.

우선, 체크아웃 시간(12시) 체크인 시간(2시)에 로비는 인파로 붐벼 리셉션 대화가 쉽지 않다고 보시면 됩니다. 빌라동 묵었는데 매번 버기 이용해서 왔다갔다 해야하는 번거로움이 조금 있고, 제일 아쉬웠던건 조식/석식입니다. 한국 입맛과는 잘 맞지 않는듯 하고, 특히 음료는 주스도 물탄듯 한 맛, 아이스커피도 물탄듯 한 맛입니다. 숙소 비용 대비 너무 아쉬웠어요. 공간 전체가 에어컨 온도관리도 안되어서 너무 지쳤습니다.

직원분들은 매우 친절합니다. 그러니 객실의 청결 상태가 좋지 않습니다. 먼지와 모래가 그대로 있네요. 이틀을 묵었는데, 식사가 맛있지는 않습니다. 메뉴가 바뀌지 않네요. 수영장이나 다른 시설은 깔끔하고 좋습니다.
