Ponce Plaza Hotel & Casino
The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and the service was great! Jennifer was so friendly and gave us some good recommendations.

Facility is centric, but has no parking during the day. I had to made more than 8 rides around the block to park, or arrive after 10:30 pm, to find a close parking. A good paint to the beautiful stairs would be great. Next time, the room key should be in the box. Putting at least one bottke of water ...

Good Location. Street Parking. Building conditions needs maintainance . Needs to improve A LOT cleanliness. Found the bathroom with hairs all over and had to clean myself it was very disgusting. All the noises from outside can be clearly heard. Only for one night to get through it.
