Staff was very rude and unhelpful. We got to the property early and I knew checking in would be iffy. One of the Housekeepers was talking to the girl who was checking me in and the girl reminded me that check in was at 5 she chimed in and said we just finished cleaning a bunch of rooms. I was not ...
