"This place is a hideous gem. I was apprehensive about staying here as it seemed so remote but I couldn’t be more wrong. "The staff was welcoming and accommodating. I received a free room upgrade. My room was clean and the welcome bottle of sparkling wine was a nice bonus along with the drinks in the mini fridge. The area is very walkable. The only downside, the hotel is located on a street where the tram runs and Ubers and taxi’s are not able to pick up or drop off directly in front of the location. "
