"The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. We were happy with the free breakfast. It was much better than the usual continental breakfast available at some hotels. We ordered room service the first night and were pleased with the food we received. The shower was a huge disappointment. The shower head wasn't much above my 5'7". That I could live with that, but the water pressure was very low. I joked that it was a good thing I didn't have to wash my hair or it would have taken...

"Huge room . We booked the king and it had a couch and two TVs. It would be nice if there was a plug near by so I could have plugged in my Fire Stick because the channel selection is very very limited."

"Booked to attend a game at the Saddledome and it was very walkable. The area around the hotel is lovely, so many great restaurants and cafes to choose from! The staff was amazing and so nice, and you can never go wrong with Nespresso coffee machines and real milk! Would absolutely go again and truly enjoyed my stay."

"Mid winter but even with the heat turned down to 18 was boiling hot in the night likely because the hallways are too hot. Breakfast area and lobby also too hot. Maybe save some energy and lower the heat in the common areas a bit more :)"
