Booked this hotel because of the airport shuttle. We were able to book the shuttle when we needed leaving, but coming back it was extremely inconvenient. Hotel staff were very unfriendly when we checked in after returning from vacation as well.

Overall it's a decent hotel, hot tubs are on the busy side, shuttle to the airport is nice and they have good parking

I booked it for my fiance she was going to Leftbridge but she got laid over in Calgary and the accommodation she said was wonderful great friendly staff all five stars she was so in awe she loved the place

Perfectly fine for an airport hotel. Not much around there except the airport but that is why its there. Would stay again. Bar and restaurant is great

There were many little “Extras” such as water bottles on the shuttle, handy pen with soft nib stylus combo, great bedding and pillows, good restaurant.

Any taxi/Uber/ride share will cost you extra if you use it for ANY reason to and from the hotel due to it being on Airport property, even if you do not FLY in. It’s utterly ridiculous. No micowave in Room- major downfall. Hotel phone doesn’t work properly when calling restaurant, they don’t understand a thing you are saying. We also found a note from previous people who stayed in the room- so we know that area was not cleaned. Beds are honestly too low to the ground, not comfortable. Restaurant food is excellent but some staff are little snotty and others are extremely kind. Hot tub was nice. Elevator is beyond slow. You literally can take 4 flights up walking by the time it comes down- we tested it. It is so so slow. No snack shop. Lots of free parking. Honestly with no pool, no snack shop- breakfast should be free for all hotel guests. After the taxi issue I won’t stay here again. Outside hotel lots of smoke butts all over ground. It’s right beside a casino.

I've frequented this hotel several times and consistently had positive experiences. It's peaceful, with a punctual airport shuttle service. The rooms are tidy, and the staff is satisfactory. The onsite restaurant offers tasty meal choices. I appreciate the lack of intrusion, and if I ever need to reach downtown, it's conveniently located.

We want to inform you that we do not have any microwave in any of our standard rooms, for future I would recommend booking the Applause Executive Suite which is the only room that will have a microwave inside the room for personal use. Otherwise we do have microwave accessible for all the guest to use and you’d just have to ask one of our Guest Services Agent so they can direct you.
