"Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine."

"The property was nice. Very clean and modern. The area was great. However, communication with the host/property manager wasn’t great. I reached out several times before the arrival date to no response. No replies on day of arrival until 30 after check in when I finally got a reply and instructions. The shower with the covering on only one panel means a very wet bathroom floor, even with a floor towel."

"Awesome hotel!! Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, gotta try the Encebollado ;) Great location, nearby park, and shopping malls, and plenty of restaurants. The rooms are spacious, very clean ..the lotion smells so good! Loved the sauna, jacuzzi and pool! Nearby flower stand sells 2 dozen long stem roses for $1! Love, love Quito :)"
