"Las habitaciones no estaban tan limpias, me refiero a la bañera, no nos cambiaron los paños, tuvimos q llamar para pedir cambio de toallas. En el buffet, en dos ocasiones nos tocó mesa con mantel sucio y sin servilletas de tela. Creemos falta variedad en las carnes y los postres no estuvieron con buen sabor, demasiado comerciales. Por lo demás el área de piscinas y los show. Estuvieron muy bien. "

"Husband and I had a pleasant stay at chachagua. We arrived late at night and was greeted at the front desk with hand towels and fruit juice. Checking in was smooth and we were escorted to our bungalow (make sure to have a high car as you will drive through a low river). Bungalow was private and very clean. "Beautiful place closer to the beach "

"beautifully situated in Santa Elena. Entrance is in a busy area but the property is tucked into a dreamy rainforest with trails and beautiful outdoor features. Simple, elegant, meticulously maintained. Everyone was so gracious and welcoming! We LOVED our stay!"

"I felt so welcome the moment I walked onto the property. It’s a very secure place and I felt very safe, especially as a female, solo traveler.
